Child Care Co-Teacher - Irish Blessings - Childcare & Preschool
About The Position
As a Child Care Co-Teacher at Irish Blessings Childcare & Preschool, you will support the daily care and development of young children in an Early Childhood Education Center. The role works primarily with preschool-age children (3–5 years), with flexibility to adapt as needed. You will be responsible for your assigned classroom and support a child-directed curriculum in an exciting, safe environment where children can thrive. The program follows the Cathedral High School calendar and uses a flexible, play-based curriculum guided by children’s interests. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position on a 10-month schedule. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional evening flexibility is needed to support school events.
