About The Position

The Child Care Center Bus Driver safely transports children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and to other locations. The Driver is responsible for keeping the bus regularly maintained and safe to drive in accordance with applicable state and municipal regulations. The role may also involve stepping into a Teacher role or assisting in other capacities as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Maintain a safe, violation-free driving record.
• Flexibility with work hours and schedule.
• Experience working with children.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Transport children in a bus or van between educational environments and to other destinations.
• Maintain vehicle functionality and follow safety procedures in coordination with the school Director.
• Assist in a Teacher role or in other capacities as needed.
