About The Position

VASA Fitness is seeking a Child Care Attendant (CCA) to provide safe, fun, and attentive care for children in the club’s KidCare program while their parents exercise. The attendant helps create a clean, welcoming, engaging environment where families feel supported and parents can work out with confidence.

The role involves meaningful interactions with children, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices. The attendant follows check-in and check-out procedures, maintains an organized KidCare space, and contributes to a positive team culture through reliability, teamwork, and communication. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space.
• Ability to adapt and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families.

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments.
