About The Position

At VASA Fitness, the Child Care Attendant (CCA) supports the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents work out. The role helps create a clean, engaging, and well-run environment where families feel confident and welcome. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, the attendant helps make VASA a place families trust and return to.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space.
• Ability to adapt and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, fun, and attentive care for children in the KidCare program.
• Maintain a clean, engaging, and well-run KidCare environment.
• Follow child check-in and check-out procedures to ensure safety.
• Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities.
• Follow required safety practices and maintain compliance with background checks, safety scans, and child care standards.
• Support a positive team culture through teamwork, reliability, and communication.
• Help families feel confident, supported, and welcome.
