About the position
As a Chief of Staff at SIRUM, you will work closely with the co-founder to support and manage the sales and customer experiences for the medicine donor team. Your role will involve creating and implementing go-to-market strategies, expanding the service into new markets, and maximizing the co-founder's leverage. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience for the Medicine Donor Team, serving as a point of contact for key strategic relationships, and providing leadership and mentorship to the sales and customer success teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mission of improving health equity by ensuring affordable access to medications.
Responsibilities
- Maximizing co-founder leverage by assessing priorities, managing time and calendars, delegating follow-ups, and more
- Creating GTM (go-to-market) and new market entry strategies for medicine donors, including market analysis, outreach to prospects, closing/contracting with new customers, onboarding, and providing customer support post-close
- Leading the creation of sales and customer support playbooks and training the sales and customer support teams
- Benchmarking the customer journey from sales to retention and designing and implementing system and process improvements
- Designing and iterating organization-wide dashboards to track sales and success strategies and identify areas for growth
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the sales and customer success teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in operations and policy
- Serving as the point of contact for key strategic relationships with corporate offices of donors and supporting organizations to further grow the donor base.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working at a start-up, consulting firm, or other fast-paced working environment
- Prior experience developing a B2B Sales Strategy
- Good understanding of the customer journey, customer experience, and customer success
- Naturally curious and inquisitive
