Reporting to the ICBD CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as the architect of ICBD’s brand ecosystem and growth engine, responsible for building, scaling, and integrating marketing capabilities across a nascent, high-growth portfolio. This is a foundational leadership role focused on defining and operationalizing brand architecture across multiple portfolio companies—establishing clear positioning, differentiated value propositions, and cohesive storytelling that accelerates meaningful, sustainable growth. The CMO will design and execute a modern, data-driven growth marketing strategy that fuels customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, while building the infrastructure, systems, and team required to scale. This leader will partner closely with executives and portfolio company leadership to translate early-stage market opportunity into disciplined, repeatable growth.
