Grand Circle Corporation (GCC) is seeking a growth-oriented, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and transform all aspects of the marketing organization. The CMO will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing customer experiences, defining brand perception, and expanding market reach. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team in a B2C environment. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining the art and science of marketing to drive performance and brand initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming marketing organizations through a performance-oriented, data-driven approach and will be an excellent cross-functional collaborator.
