Grand Circle Corporation (GCC) is seeking a growth-oriented, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and transform all aspects of its marketing organization. This role is crucial for driving revenue, enhancing personalized customer experiences, shaping brand perception, and expanding market reach through new customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team in a B2C environment. The ideal candidate will combine the art and science of marketing, developing and implementing both performance and brand marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. A proven track record in transforming marketing organizations with a performance-oriented, data-driven mindset is essential. This executive must be a builder, an excellent cross-functional collaborator, and capable of both hands-on execution and strategic discussions.
