KI is looking for a forward‑thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology from our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. As a 100% employee‑owned company, we’re searching for a leader who sees technology as a strategic advantage—not just infrastructure. In this role, you will shape KI’s technology vision, modernize legacy systems, and partner across the organization—including manufacturing—to ensure technology drives meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related business field.
  • Proven experience leading ERP modernization and transformation.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in management.
  • Strength in IT governance, strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead organizational change.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Set and communicate a clear, future‑focused technology vision.
  • Build and execute a multi‑year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
  • Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
  • Develop and empower a high‑performing IT leadership team.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.
