MDH is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the health system, with responsibility for advancing the organization's mission, strengthening performance, and positioning MDH for long-term success. • Track record of executive leadership within a hospital or health system environment
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation
• Passion for serving rural and community-based healthcare organizations

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan
• Driving financial and operational performance while helping guide the organization's continued financial turnaround efforts
• Strengthening revenue cycle operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reimbursement, and cash flow
