About The Position

Done Right Hood and Fire Safety is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its growing family of companies, which includes hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning, fire suppression, fabrication, and a Florida division. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all departments, from field crews to office teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The CEO will strengthen and enforce processes and procedures, keep teams accountable, identify problems early, and help shape how the companies operate. The workplace is described as fun, energetic, and fast-moving, with variety across the company's lines of business.

Requirements

Very strong process and procedure skills, including the ability to build effective systems and ensure people follow them.
Strong people and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate a team and hold people accountable.
A solid education.
Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed when work gets busy.
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage several companies and priorities at once.
Strong computer skills, including email and business software, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Oversee every part of the company and every department, including field crews and office teams.
Lead multiple entities across the hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning, fire suppression, fabrication, and Florida divisions.
Ensure work flows properly on a day-to-day basis.
Hold teams accountable for their work and responsibilities.
Build, strengthen, and enforce processes and procedures across the companies.
Identify problems early and resolve them before they slow the team down.
