About The Position
The Capital Hotel is seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Engineer to lead hotel engineering, maintenance, safety, and asset preservation. The role ensures that building systems, guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house operations, and historic property assets are maintained to high standards while supporting an exceptional experience for guests and associates. The Chief Engineer leads the engineering team, manages preventative maintenance programs, oversees capital projects, and promotes operational excellence, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. The position is based at the Capital Hotel, an iconic luxury destination in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas.
