About The Position

Corporate Traveller is looking for three Sales Team Leaders to shape the future of our sales performance across Canada. These leadership positions cover Eastern Canada (supporting the Ottawa, Quebec, and Maritime markets) and offer the opportunity to make a real business impact. You will be a front-line leader, responsible for driving new business growth, developing sales capabilities, and bringing our value proposition to life. This is a hands-on leadership role for results-driven sales leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with consistent achievement of revenue and new business development targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing sales teams with accountability for results.
  • Strong background in business development, pipeline generation, and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Knowledge of AI and experience using digital tools to enhance productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Bilingualism in French/English is required, due to the nature of the role working with both French and English speaking team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers while supporting Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and new business targets.
  • Foster a strong performance culture through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regular reviews, and ongoing coaching.
  • Manage and optimize a digital sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, pipeline quality, and forecast accuracy.
  • Utilize CRM data, dashboards, and AI tools to enhance decision-making, prioritization, and sales effectiveness.
  • Drive consistent new business acquisition within the SME segment across assigned regional markets.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies including social selling, digital outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Promote Corporate Traveller’s SME value proposition, clearly articulating agility, personalized service, cost control, and scalability.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the ‘One Best Way’ sales process at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Support the creation of compelling, data-driven proposals, business cases, and tender responses.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, excellent service delivery, and long-term client retention.
  • Recruit, engage, and develop top sales talent while identifying future leaders within the team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
