Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in the Canadian utilities or industrial market, with strong exposure to power generation, transmission automation, and software solutions.
  • 10+ years in marketing, commercial, or engineering roles.
  • BA/BS in engineering, marketing, commercial discipline, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to influence executive audiences and execute strategy effectively.
  • Located in Canada.
  • Bilingual English/French capabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and competitive insights.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, gathering and communicating market needs.
  • Build Canada-specific Grid Automation playbooks and solution maps.
  • Shape strategic direction and translate it into local marketing actions.
  • Monitor market developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts.
  • Build deep C-suite customer relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate across business units to define technology roadmaps and unified go-to-market plans.
  • Support account planning, pipeline development, deal reviews, and customer success storytelling.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
