About The Position

Corporate Traveller is hiring three Sales Team Leaders to shape the future of our sales performance across Canada. These leadership roles span Eastern Canada (supporting the Ottawa & Montreal markets) and 2 positions in Western Canada (supporting the Vancouver & Calgary markets) and offer the chance to make a real commercial impact. You will lead from the front, driving new business growth, building sales capability, and bringing our value proposition to life. This is a hands-on leadership role for commercially minded sales leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with consistent achievement of revenue and new business targets
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams with accountability for results
  • Strong background in business development, pipeline generation, and consultative selling
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making capability
  • AI literacy and experience using digital tools to improve productivity and sales outcomes
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required for the Eastern Canada positions due to the nature of the role and the need to support both French-speaking and English-speaking team members and clients

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and support Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed revenue, profit, and new business targets
  • Drive a strong performance culture through clear KPIs, regular performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
  • Own and optimize a digitally enabled sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline hygiene, data integrity, and forecast accuracy
  • Use CRM insights, dashboards, and AI tools to improve decision-making, prioritization, and sales efficiency
  • Drive consistent new business acquisition within the SME segment across assigned regional markets
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies including social selling, digital outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Champion Corporate Traveller’s SME value proposition, clearly articulating agility, personalized service, cost control, and scalability
  • Ensure consistent execution of the One Best Way sales process across all stages of the sales cycle
  • Support the creation of compelling, insight-led proposals, business cases, and tender submissions
  • Partner closely with Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, strong service delivery, and long-term client retention
  • Recruit, engage, and develop top sales talent while identifying future leaders within the team
