Requirements
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry software
- A creative, team-oriented approach to sales and marketing
- Flexibility to travel for events when needed
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to phone, email, and web inquiries
- Book trips using our reservation system
- Follow up after trips to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customize itineraries to fit customer needs
- Communicate trip details with drivers and tour guides
- Double-check all bookings for accuracy and smooth execution
- Scheduling drivers to trips
- Available to help in dispatch and operations as needed
- Be willing to obtain a CDL Class B license and drive occasionally
