About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a Change Management Intern to support its Transformation team. Working alongside change management and engagement professionals, the intern will contribute to communications, stakeholder engagement, change risk and impact assessments, and adoption reinforcement for business and technology initiatives. The role offers hands-on experience in enterprise transformation, including technology and AI adoption, operating model changes, workflow and process transformation, and initiatives spanning functions, businesses, and geographies. The intern will work in a fast-paced environment where assignments may be ambiguous or evolve over time, and will be expected—with coaching—to ask thoughtful questions, bring structure to unclear work, help shape practical plans, and deliver as priorities change.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s, bachelor’s, or graduate degree in business, communications, human resources, organizational development, psychology, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in making complex information clear and accessible.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating with others, asking thoughtful questions, incorporating feedback, and actively engaging with business professionals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift and deliverables may not be fully defined.
  • Able to learn quickly and approach unfamiliar assignments with curiosity and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to remain organized, responsive, and thoughtful under pressure while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the judgment to ask for guidance when needed and the confidence to propose ideas when there is room to shape the approach.
  • Able to work in an ambiguous and changing environment, iterate quickly, and improve work as new information becomes available.
  • Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

  • Experience or an interest in pursuing a profession in change management, employee engagement, communications, learning, project management, or enterprise transformation.
  • Prior internship, campus leadership, volunteer, project, or work experience is strongly desired.

  • Conduct research, organize information, and turn evolving or incomplete inputs into useful materials for change initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture notes, track action items, and follow up on agreed next steps.
  • Draft and edit communications, including emails, FAQs, presentations, leader talking points, and employee updates.
  • Tailor messages for different audiences while maintaining clear, consistent, brand-aligned language.
