About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a Change Management Intern to support its Transformation team. Working alongside experienced change management and engagement professionals, the intern will contribute to communications, stakeholder engagement, change risk and impact assessments, and adoption reinforcement for business and technology initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise transformation, including technology transformation, responsible adoption of AI and digital capabilities, operating model changes, and workflow and process transformation across functions, businesses, and geographies. The intern will help develop practical change management plans and deliverables as priorities evolve. With coaching from the change management team, the intern will be expected to ask thoughtful questions, bring structure to ambiguity, learn quickly, and deliver in a fast-paced environment where assignments may not be fully defined at the outset. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s, bachelor’s, or graduate degree in business, communications, human resources, organizational development, psychology, marketing, information systems, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift and deliverables may not be fully defined.
  • Able to learn quickly and take on unfamiliar assignments with curiosity and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to remain organized, responsive, and thoughtful under pressure while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the judgment to ask for guidance when needed and the confidence to propose ideas when there is room to shape the approach.
  • Able to work in an ambiguous and changing environment, iterate quickly, and improve work as new information becomes available.
  • Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
