About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a Change Management Intern to support its Transformation team. Working alongside change management and engagement professionals, the intern will contribute to communications, stakeholder engagement, change risk and impact assessments, and adoption reinforcement for business and technology initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise transformation, including technology adoption, operating model changes, workflow and process transformation, and change initiatives across functions, businesses, and geographies. The position suits a curious, fast-learning, resilient, and creative individual. Work moves quickly, and assignments or deliverables may not be fully defined at the outset. With coaching from the change management team, the intern will ask thoughtful questions, bring structure to ambiguity, help shape practical change plans, and deliver as priorities evolve. The role requires an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s, bachelor’s, or graduate degree in business, communications, human resources, organizational development, psychology, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in making complex information clear and accessible.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating with others, asking thoughtful questions, and incorporating feedback; able to engage with other business professionals in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift and deliverables may not be fully defined.
  • Able to learn quickly, take on unfamiliar assignments with curiosity and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, and remain organized and responsive under pressure while balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the judgment to ask for guidance when needed and the confidence to propose ideas when there is room to shape the approach.
  • Able to work in an ambiguous and changing environment, iterate quickly, and improve work as new information becomes available.
  • Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
