About The Position

HMPPS is establishing a dedicated Programme Management Office (PMO) to support delivery of a high-side infrastructure environment across the department. The role supports a high-profile programme intended to enhance public protection outcomes, strengthen cross-government collaboration, and shape secure information management within HMPPS. Experience working in national security programmes is essential. The post is nationally based, with regular weekly attendance at 102 Petty France, SW11 9AJ, where programme technology is available. The role can only be performed in the UK. Applicants must be existing Civil Servants or employees of accredited non-departmental public bodies and must already hold Developed Vetting (DV). The post is permanent and is advertised as full-time, with part-time, job-share and flexible working arrangements also considered where compatible with business needs.

Requirements

• Experience working in national security programmes is essential.
• Must already hold Developed Vetting (08-0176) to be eligible.
• The vacancy is only open to existing Civil Servant employees and employees of accredited non-departmental public bodies.
