About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and certified Workday Scheduling Consultant to support implementation projects. The consultant will lead end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations, configure the functionality to meet business requirements, and work with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver successful implementations. The role includes requirements gathering, discovery sessions, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment support. The consultant will also advise on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. The position is contract and remote.

Requirements

• Hold an active Workday Scheduling certification.
• Have led at least three Workday Scheduling implementations.
• Have strong hands-on experience with Workday Scheduling configuration and implementation.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead implementation activities independently.
• Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations.
• Configure and implement Workday Scheduling functionality based on business requirements.
• Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines.
