Strada is recruiting a Workday Integrations Consultant for its Workday AMS (post-production) practice. The consultant configures and unit-tests Workday requirements, identifies process improvements, and develops medium- to high-complexity reports. The role is accountable for timely, high-quality client deliverables and for managing medium- to large-sized bodies of work across multiple projects with minimal supervision. The consultant will develop as a subject matter expert internally and externally. The role supports deployment and/or ongoing support of Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through configuration, testing, and deployment. The consultant works across project stages to implement and integrate solutions for clients in a variety of industries, develops expertise in a functional area, estimates work, and builds effective relationships with project teams, management, and clients. They advise clients and lead discussions on basic scope and solutions, guide less experienced colleagues, and contribute to internal initiatives and consulting methodology improvements. For AMS work, the consultant may lead requirements discussions for low- to medium-complexity items and participate in requirements processes for high-complexity items. The position requires relevant Workday certification; candidates who do not already hold the relevant certification must successfully complete the appropriate certification(s). The role does not support visa sponsorship and involves up to 25% travel. It is identified as remote, with flexible working arrangements considered where possible.
