About The Position

Cloudera is seeking a technically skilled Workday specialist to support HR partners globally. The role serves as Cloudera’s primary Workday integrations analyst, designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations between Workday and external systems. It also includes opportunities to perform Workday systems administration and configuration, with support from a growing team of functional analysts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of Workday systems integration and business systems analysis experience.
Experience with Workday Integration Business Processes.
Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting Workflow.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and web service technologies.
Proficiency supporting connectors, including HCM, third-party payroll, and benefits connectors.
Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Workday Pro Certification.
Workday Studio experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain new integrations using Workday tools.
Monitor, support, and maintain existing integrations.
Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
Create and execute test plans and troubleshoot integration issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing integrations and architecture.
