About The Position
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 3-month contract position. The role is exclusively within the Operating Room, with no clinic responsibilities. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, consisting of four 10-hour shifts with varying days off. The CRNA will administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures including general, spine, neuro, orthopedic, gynecological, gastrointestinal, and urological cases. Trauma cases, obstetric cases, and pediatric patients under teenagers are excluded. There are no on-call responsibilities. Patient volume and staffing structure details will be provided. The EMR system used is EPIC. The credentialing process is expected to take 45-60 days.
Requirements
- Board Certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification (American Hospital Association standards)
- Active California RN license
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Experience administering anesthesia for specified procedures (excluding trauma, obstetrics, and patients under teenagers)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
Responsibilities
