About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services to patients receiving intermittent professional services in the home. The role includes teaching patients, families, and other members of the health care team, and delivering services in accordance with physician’s orders and the established plan of care. The position offers compensation of $30.00 to $34.00 per hour and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Enhabit describes a collaborative culture that supports professional growth and ongoing development.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
Licensed in the state where the employee currently practices.
At least one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Valid state driver license.
Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Experience as a licensed therapy assistant may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.

Responsibilities
