About The Position

VitalCaring is hiring a full-time, field-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one home health care. Working under the direction of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA helps patients regain independence and confidence after illness or injury by rebuilding skills needed for daily living. The role involves personalized, goal-driven care in patients’ homes, with support from an experienced OT team and collaboration with nurses, therapists, and leadership.
