About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home-based therapy services to patients who require intermittent professional care. The role includes teaching patients, families, and other members of the health care team, and delivering services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The position requires state licensure, CPR certification, dependable transportation, and the ability to safely drive in all types of weather.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where the employee practices.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed therapy assistant may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
