About The Position

Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, California. The COTA will implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician and provide high-quality care to residents. The therapy team is committed to supporting residents’ well-being through compassionate care and rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician.
• Deliver excellence in quality of care.
