About The Position
Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work at Jefferson Park at Dandridge and Jefferson Park at White Pine in East Tennessee. These senior living communities provide resident-centered care for older adults in supportive, scenic settings. The COTA implements the plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed (OTR/L) and physician, delivering quality care. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.

- Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician.
