Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
About The Position
Neshaminy Manor, a long-term care facility in Warrington, Pennsylvania, is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its therapy team. The role is in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on helping residents meet rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. The COTA implements the plan of care established by the occupational therapist (OTR/L) and physician while delivering quality care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants only. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
Responsibilities
