About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in Longview and Gilmer, Texas. The role supports children in developing confidence, skills, and independence through engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR. The assistant works with families and an interdisciplinary team to address children's emotional, physical, social, and developmental needs. This is a PRN, part-time position with flexible scheduling options and pay starting at $45.00 per session.

Requirements

• Certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Texas.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• A positive, playful attitude and a heart for working with children.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatrics (or a strong interest in pediatrics).

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR.
