About The Position

Pro Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at Elim Wellspring in Princeton, Minnesota. The position is based at the Princeton location, with opportunities to float to other sites. It is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with flexible start and end times. The wage range is $28–$33 per hour, depending on experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pro Rehab provides rehabilitation services in long-term care, sub-acute, transitional care, home health, and outpatient settings, at more than 30 locations across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold an associate’s degree.
• Hold a current Minnesota Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license.
• Have strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations applicable to long-term care.
• Be capable of performing the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Communicate in English verbally and in writing, with sufficient communication skills to perform required tasks.
• Have strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Be able to provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans, focusing on patients’ activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic techniques and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive patient care.
