About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric home health services in Houston, Texas. The organization provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy to help children build skills, confidence, and independence. OTAs provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR and support children’s development of functional skills for daily living, play, and school success. The role includes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members, tracking progress, and focusing on measurable outcomes. The position is PRN and part-time, with flexible scheduling options. Pay starts at $45.00 per session.
Requirements
- Licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas.
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children and families.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
