About The Position

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings. The role involves assisting with daily activities and helping ensure patients’ comfort and well-being, contributing to the quality of care provided by client facilities. The hourly rate is $22. The pay period runs Sunday to Saturday, with weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a CNA training program.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Basic understanding of patient-care procedures and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
• Support nursing and medical staff in delivering quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance patient-care skills and knowledge.
