About The Position
Allcare Home Health Agency, a locally owned and operated agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care. Caregivers support clients in home and community environments, including long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. The advertised location is Raleigh, with shifts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. available Monday through Sunday. The agency emphasizes a positive, supportive work environment and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina CNA certification.
- Current TB test.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
- Check vital signs.
