About The Position

Allcare Home Health Agency, a locally owned and operated agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care. Caregivers provide one-on-one, personalized support to clients in home and community environments, including long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. AM, PM, and overnight shifts are available in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current TB test.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Check vital signs.
