About The Position

Allcare Home Health Agency, a locally owned and operated agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care. Caregivers provide one-on-one, personalized support to clients in home and community environments, including long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. The role includes following individualized care plans and agency policies, documenting care, and supporting clients’ daily needs.

The position is located in Durham, North Carolina. The posting lists Monday–Friday schedules and available shifts of 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM, with an ASAP start. Requirements

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current TB test.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Check vital signs.
