About The Position

The Village at Summerville is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a warm, home-like environment. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, following individualized care plans, monitoring residents’ health, and maintaining a clean, safe, DHEC-compliant living space. CNAs work closely with nurses, families, and the care team while maintaining documentation and safety standards. This is a full-time position with a 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. schedule; weekend and holiday availability is required. A progressive sign-on bonus is offered for full-time CNAs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Certified Nursing Assistant credential.
CPR certification.
Weekend and holiday availability.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
