About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps create a warm, home-like environment for residents at The Village at Summerville. The role provides hands-on support with daily living activities, follows individualized care plans, monitors and reports changes in resident health, and maintains a clean, safe, DHEC-compliant living space. The CNA works closely with nurses, families, and the care team while maintaining documentation and safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required. This is a full-time position with a progressive sign-on bonus.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
Create a warm, home-like environment.
Monitor and report changes in resident health.
Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
Maintain documentation and safety standards.
Be available to work weekends and holidays.
