About The Position
United Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join the team at Ideal Senior Living. The CNA provides hands-on, patient-centered care to residents while working alongside other members of the care team. The role supports residents’ activities of daily living, comfort, safety, mobility, and personal care needs, and helps maintain a welcoming and caring environment. The position is in UHS Senior Living at Ideal and has an evening rotational shift. Compensation is $16.67–$24.61 per hour, depending on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Employees hired into regular positions with at least 24 scheduled hours per week are eligible for benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee program, or current CNA certification.
- Valid CNA certification, or obtain certification within 12 months upon completion of CNA training.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, patient-centered care to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Support residents’ comfort, safety, mobility, and personal care needs.
- Work alongside other members of the care team.
- Help maintain a welcoming, caring environment.
