About The Position

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands-on care and help maintain a peaceful, safe environment for residents during overnight hours. The role is based at the facility in Berkeley Township, New Jersey, and is available on a full-time or part-time basis. The facility is described as a 235-bed center.

Requirements

Active New Jersey CNA certification.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of overnight care responsibilities and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with nightly hygiene, toileting, and bedtime routines.
Support resident mobility, including repositioning and transfers throughout the night.
Monitor residents and respond promptly to call lights and urgent needs.
Promote resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
Accurately document care and overnight observations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet environment.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care.
