CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a W-2 per diem Certified Nursing Assistant for Wayne County's 192-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, New York. The on-site role offers shifts selected by the CNA, with no minimum hours and availability across any day of the week. Shifts are typically eight paid hours with a half-hour unpaid meal break, scheduled 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, or 10:30 PM–7:00 AM; 12-hour shifts may be available. The facility has licensed nurses on every shift and is described as High Performing in Long-Term Care by U.S. News Best Nursing Homes 2025. Compensation is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, paid weekly. Experience determines the rate within the range, and night and weekend shifts pay at the top of the range. Overtime over 40 hours and all ten County holidays are paid at time and a half. A confirmed shift canceled by the facility two hours or less before its start is paid for four hours. Orientation is paid at the CNA's rate. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and professional liability insurance covers each shift. The position includes reimbursement for CPR renewal, support for continuing education and certifications, and up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward an LPN or RN program. A $500 referral bonus is offered for referring a nurse or aide to the roster. Open shifts are listed in the BRIDGE App, where CNAs select shifts and receive confirmation. The app also stores license and certification information and sends expiration reminders. A Program Manager is available to assist with scheduling and pay questions. CLFC states that program terms are provided in writing before acceptance.
