About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care to a pediatric client in Louisville, Tennessee. The role is based out of the Knoxville office and involves providing one-to-one care in the client’s home, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The scheduled hours are Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus Monday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The position is part-time and offers flexible scheduling, independent work with team support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Able to use proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete appropriate documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.
• Perform home management tasks such as basic housekeeping and shopping.
