About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care to a pediatric patient in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The role provides one-to-one care in the patient’s home, with work performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The schedule is part-time nights, Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The position offers flexible scheduling options, independent work with team support, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered one-to-one care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care-related tasks.
• Perform home management tasks such as basic housekeeping and shopping.
