About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care in Tiptonville, Tennessee. The role offers one-to-one care in patients’ homes, with flexible scheduling and support from a broader team. The office is located in Martin, Tennessee.

The part-time day schedule includes Monday 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Tuesday 5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Benefits may vary by employment status.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification, if required by state licensure, in the state where care is provided.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care-related tasks.
• Perform basic housekeeping, shopping, and other related home management tasks.
