About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant in the MST department assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients, and helps maintain a safe environment. The CNA works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. The role is with Encino Hospital Medical Center, a 150-bed hospital in Encino, California, offering inpatient and outpatient services.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire.
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained as current.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Nice To Haves
- At least six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office is preferred.
Responsibilities
