Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - On Call
About The Position
Baywood Home Care is hiring an on-call (PRN) Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Chaska, Minnesota. The role offers an as-needed schedule, allowing caregivers to pick up shifts based on their availability. Pay is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, with credit for experience. The CNA helps clients with personal care and daily routines while supporting their safety, independence, and dignity. The position requires a CNA certificate (which does not need to be current), at least one year of caregiving experience, a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a minimum age of 21. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Applicants may be subject to a background check.
