CNA (Skilled Nursing)- On-Call
About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) incorporate the organization’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” They develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation. The role provides exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, and helps create a safe environment for resident care. Location: Terraces of Los Gatos, 800 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032. Schedule: On-call, including weekends on AM and PM shifts. Pay: $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential for PM/NOC and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a CNA in skilled nursing.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
- Provide care for basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment for resident care.
