About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants in the Health Center incorporate the organization’s Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. They develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing independence and participation by providing care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities. They help create a safe environment for resident care. This is a per-diem, on-call position covering AM, PM, and NOC shifts; PM availability is preferred. The role may involve Skilled Nursing, Memory Support, and Assisted Living.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience is preferred.
• Availability for PM shifts is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work in Skilled Nursing, Memory Support, and Assisted Living.

Responsibilities

• Learn about residents’ interests and needs.
