About The Position

Baywood Home Care is hiring an on-call home care CNA in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role provides one-on-one care to clients in their homes when they need support. CNAs are paid a flat rate for on-call availability whether or not they are called in, plus their hourly wage for the full shift if called in. The schedule includes weekday and weekend on-call shifts. Requirements

• CNA certificate; it does not need to be current.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Dependable, compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide gentle reminders about medications and daily routines.
• Help keep clients safe and provide families with peace of mind during each shift.

Benefits

• $75 flat rate for weekday on-call shifts, whether or not the employee is called in.
• $100 flat rate for weekend on-call shifts, whether or not the employee is called in.
